Fourteen years of saying yes to people in Northridge, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Simi turned us into a small crew of techs I trained myself. If we look at it and can't fix it, you owe nothing. If we can fix it, the labor is a flat rate we quote you before any tools come out of the bag.

I'm Mark. I trained every tech who drives one of these trucks.

I've been pulling appliances apart since I was seventeen, weekends at my uncle's shop off Sepulveda. Started this company in 2010 out of the garage on Devonshire because I was tired of watching techs quote repairs without ever opening the unit.

Fourteen years in, there's a small crew driving vans out of the same garage. I hired each of them, I trained each of them, and I still do a call or two a day myself — mostly to keep my hands sharp, partly because I can't help it.
